Returns and Exchanges
General Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened or unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items should be returned in their original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping. If the return is a result of our error we will pay the return shipping costs. See How do I Return or Exchange an Item? for details on how to return an item.
Products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Sale or closeout item purchases are final and may not be returned.
Items that are Not Returnable
Items that were purchased more than 30 days ago.
Defective items that are not manufactured by Hollywood Poker Club (i.e. electronics) are warranted by the manufacturer and must be returned to the appropriate manufacturer for repair, not Hollywood Poker Club.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, see How do I Return or Exchange an Item? for details on how to exchange an item. We will pay the return shipping on defective items.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, see How do I Return or Exchange an Item? for details on how to exchange an item. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
How do I Return or Exchange an Item?
Contact us at support@hollywoodpokerclub.com to request a return or exchange and we will issue you a RMA number.
After you have received a RMA #, enclose the original or copy of the original invoice with your package.

The package must be shipped via a traceable source such as UPS, Federal Express or USPS Priority. For returns from Canada, UPS or Canada Post is recommended.
Please allow 2 weeks for your exchange to be received, processed and reshipped, or up to 4 weeks for your credit to be issued less any fees.
